    My Suzuki site and concepts

    Agency Nexus|H Brand Suzuki Year 2008

    Two sites and campaign designed for a recent pitch win for Suzuki's new CRM and Aftersales programme. Suzuki haven't historically run a structured CRM scheme, so the task was essentially a blank canvas. Amongst the reams and reams of printed material and newsletters, we designed a campaign engagement site themed around 'life', intended to give pre-aquisitions buyers a feel for the brand.

    The 'My Suzuki' site is essentially a redesign of the current Aftersales section on the Suzuki website (my redesign was itself implemented in a vastly cut-down form). The site is clearly showing it's age and has many limitations and restrictions, both technically and creatively, but wasn't up for debate at this stage of the pitch. The site I designed retains the existing navigation structure of the current website so the natural user-journey remains uninterrupted, but does away with everything else. It leaves much more room for promotions, a far clearer user experience and makes the content accessible and logical.
